Jack & the Hungry Giant Eat Right with MyPlate

The story starts out the traditional way with Jack climbing up the beanstalk and being captured by a hungry giant. Luckily it turns out that Waldorf only wants to cook a healthy meal for Jack. They explore the MyPlate food groups, enjoy dining together (along with Jack's wife), and discuss options for exercise.
